Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at support@cureherbalremedies.com. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund if applicable.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may need to follow our return or refund policy (if eligible) after receiving the product.
Refund Process
Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If your order is cancelled before shipment, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
Post-Shipment Cancellation: If you receive the product and still wish to cancel, please follow our refund policy guidelines.
Exceptions
Change of Mind: We do not offer cancellations for change of mind unless it falls under the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
